Nestled in a hidden fold of Aljezur where the Monchique mountains meet the Atlantic breeze, River Cabin is a testament to slow living and architectural respect. Born from the ruins of the landscape and the rhythm of the water cycles, this sanctuary was crafted to disappear into its surroundings. Using sustainable timber and locally sourced limestone, we have created a space that honors the raw spirit of Portugal—a place where the winter flow of the river and the golden silence of the summer sun coexist in perfect harmony.
